CDPSE-ISACA (USA), FNCPC, CDOA-MIT (USA), Ph.D. (Cybersecurity in-view, Nigeria), UN
Internet governance Advisor and a Chair, UN Cybersecurity Best Practice Forum.
An international cybersecurity technology advocate/technocrat with over 20 years of
experience across professional expert domains. Member, Board of the Global Skills Development
Council (USA, EURO & Singapore) as a technical advisor in Cybersecurity. A former member UN
Advisory Group on Internet governance, Chaired, the UN Cybersecurity Best Practice Forum. A
leading digital policy advisor in Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and Digital Diplomacy
recognised across G-7, UNECA, AU, and ECOWAS.
Segun is also a pioneer member of the Cybercrime Advisory Council in Nigeria, and a pioneer
policy architect on National Cybersecurity Policy & Strategy (2014 & 2021), and Nigeria Data
Protection Commission Strategic Action Plan (2023).
