Paul Mullon is an Information Governance consultant and trainer. He has B. Com (Hons), MBA, Certified Information Professional (CIP), Information Governance Professional (IGP, Fellow of Institute of Information Management (FIIM)). He is currently a Doctorate Candidate in Information Science: Development of an Integrated Information Governance framework..

During the past 5 years he has been involved in Data Protection/Privacy training and implementation in South Africa and Neighbouring countries..

He has over 35 years’ experience in both the paper and electronic document and records management environments, giving him great insight into both, and how they interact in the real world.

He is very involved in standards development and regularly attends ISO committee meetings as Head of the South Africa Delegation for document and records management standards.
